The entire issue of Sen. Obama and his twenty year relationship with the radical ¨black church¨ in Chicago has me very confused.
Firstly, why is there a ¨black church¨ which deserves such respect on the part of all Americans, when Sen. McCain would be disqualified from the race for the White House if it was revealed that he where a member of a ¨white church¨? This is a very clear demonstration of how the Democrats are the party of resentful groups, promoting divisive racial ¨issues¨, while the Republicans are the party of ideas, where the color a person´s skin is not an issue at all.
Secondly, what is Sen. Obama´s reason for attending a ¨black church¨ where the descendents of those who suffered under slavery demand reparation payments from ¨white America¨? Who suffered the bitter sting of slavery in the family tree of Sen. Obama? His white mother in Kansas or his Kenyan father? Or perhaps it was his Indonesian step-father?
Finally, why would Sen. Obama become the first ¨black¨ President if he wins in November? Is he not equally white? I dream of a day when racial qualifications of any kind are banned by a constitutional admendment which forbids these racial (and racist) tags. There should be only one qualification for all of us, that is Americans, with equal rights and responsibilities for all.
